| Shipping Costs we offer shipping to anywhere in Ireland for Euro12.50, using Fastway Couriers, up to 30kgs In the event that your package incurs a secondary charge we shall contact you prior to shiping. All packages are traceable on www.fastway.ie and a tracking number will be supplied.

Website Order Process

3 Once order has been received by the server a confirmation is sent to you
4 Once the order is been processed we confirm shipping and the total cost to you
5 You confirm the total and we ship the order once payment has been received and cleared
Delivery
We aim to despatch goods within 2 - 5 working days of completion of payment process for orders paid by credit/debit card or postal order. Orders paid by cheque will not be despatched before clearance of cheque. All goods are delivered via carrier service, Monday - Friday, and require a signature upon receipt.
EU Customers
We do not normally deliver outside of the Republic of Ireland at the present time but can do contact us for details.
Delivery Charges:
All Parcels upto 30kg cost Euro12.50.
Special rates apply for larger bikes, other areas and bulk orders, please contact us for details.
Contract of Sale
A contract of sale shall be deemed to exist between Southside Scooters and you when you receive a confirmation of order email from us, confirming shipping costs and the total amount that is to be charged to your credit card. You must check that the order details, invoice and delivery address are correct and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. We advise that you print a copy of this confirmation for your own records (this is a seperate email to the automated one that confirms that your order has been placed). Any order that lies unprocessed after 30 days is deemed to have been canceled by the customer. E&EO
No Contract of Sale exists unless total amount and shipping costs have been confirmed and payment has been processed and cleared.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order with us at any time before the goods are despatched and any payment made will be refunded, providing the goods have been ordered from stock. Special consignments or pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been accepted. Send us an email with your order number, name and address. Upon receipt of stock item goods you may return them, at your own cost, within seven working days, unused and in the original packaging. Providing these conditions are met we will refund the cost of the goods via the same method used for the original payment. Please Note: These conditions do not apply for the return of faulty / damaged goods (see below).
Faulty / Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours by email or telephone. Depending upon the extent of the fault / damage, you may be sent a replacement part or you may be asked to return the goods in their original packaging to our address (see About Us). In the event that you are asked to return the goods, you will be offered a refund or replacement, providing there is no evidence of misuse. |
